Took my daughter for a new riding hat. The woman who fitted the hat was fantastic, really friendly and incredibly thorough. She took the time to make sure the hat fit perfectly and had my daughter wear the hat while we had a mooch round the shop to make sure it was still comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Went in to buy half chaps. Knew what I wanted so thought it would be a quick in and out. Nearly two hours later I was still there as I just could not get any to fit correctly. The lady who looked after me was so patient and helpful and, thanks to her I eventually found what I wanted. Excellent service.
